Please read the website before posting questions on the boards--many of these questions have already been answered there, and make sure you have read the rules of the board located ON THE WEBSITE as well.
THIS IS A FAN OPERATED WEBSITE AND NOT AFFILIATED IN ANY WAY WITH THE FORMER "OUTLAWS MUSIC" AND "OUTLAWS WORLD" WEBSITE...actually we've been around a LOT longer than those and outlive'd em....
We tried reopening a "Guest" section but found that some people feel the definition of "Guest" is "Flame the Board Members". They will be pleased to know that all theyaccomplished is getting the "Guest" section closed down to inconvenience the REAL FANS. We did NOT however delete all their posts, we just moved them into the "Members" area so the folks who join can see their pictures and what they said that caused the Guest section to be closed. Clearly some people have vivid imaginations and too much time on their hands and like to be the center of attention. As expected the IP addresses matched the same ones who caused problems on the board once before.
Users may NOT log in using the name of any previous band member or associate unless they can prove they ARE that band member. This would include any nickname which may be interpreted as a band member or a nickname associated with a current or former member. Users who do so will be banned from further forum participation.
NEW MEMBERS WHO DO NOT POST WITHIN THREE DAYS OF JOINING ARE SUBJECT TO DELETION. This is a discussion board, not a newspaper...If you sign up you need to make at least one REAL post on one of the topics or start a new topic to stay and at least 1 post every three months to maintain membership. "Hi" or "I'm here, don't delete me" etc does NOT constitute a "REAL" post . Members are expected to actually participate in the discussions.
Any user who violates the rules or insults others for the purpose of creating the same type havoc which occurred on sites such as OutlawsWorld or freebyrd.org will be immediately banned. This site does track IP addresses.
IF YOU HAVE BEEN BANNED OR DELETED FROM THIS BOARD FOR VIOLATION OF RULES AND CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT UNDER ANOTHER NAME AND WE CATCH YOU, BOTH CONFORUMS AND YOUR ISP WILL BE INFORMED. IF THREATS OR INTIMIDATION ARE USED, THE PROPER AUTHORITIES WILL ALSO BE INFORMED
